It has been a while since the last post, and a lot has happened. To bring you up to date - the site now has a brand new look and some simple, easy to use features:

• Watch me: You can now create your own list of companies, whose reviews you would like to keep a tab on. These companies can be your current employer, you past employer or even your prospective employer. This will definitely help you understand the pulse of what the employees of the respective companies think about the workplace and salaries.
• Comments: This was the most requested feature by the users. Now you can contest, comment, and add your views to on any of the reviews posted, anonymously.

• Company rating: Based on the reviews received we are now rating the companies, industry wise. These ratings are an aggregate of all user reviews.
