I liked the content. you were actually helping people and assisting what to and what not to do on the net. All the good things said, I dont think any company would look for a person who is a good individual. The HR would definitely not be concerned about the behavior stuff. its just the talent and capability that fits him/her in the job. Sustaining in the current role is in your hands. I would definitely not look at any individual personal habits where is free of doing anything unless and until he is good with the company and at the job. There are few exceptions though and for the same reason I agree with your blog. however, people are different and act different according to the place and circumstance. You can expect an individual to be the same everywhere.

For sure we need to be very careful with the people in our personal life about getting caught on net doing something that is not expected rather than somthing that effects professionally. -- Just my thought. Have a good day.

Your blog post on 'be careful while posting on website' is excellent. May I ask for your permission to post it on my network site?
Thanks
