The basic premise of our work is anonymity. We believe that due to our policy of maintaining anonymity of our reviewers, we attract the most correct, reliable and unbiased opinions.

TalentEquity values your privacy. A visitor to your review will be able to read your opinion, only. No personally identifiable information is ever disclosed along with it.

The process is simple, anonymous and free.  You can click here to review your current salary and organisation. You may also wish to review any or all of your previous employment.

Your time is precious and we respect that. We realize users are more forthcoming with anonymous surveys. Hence we have created a simple questionnaire. We also have an opinion box where you can convey your message to your organisation, positive and negative, anonymously

Simply put, we will never ever share any personal details with anybody at all.
TalentEquity believes in respecting the privacy of participants. As part of our corporate vision, we strive to take utmost care in protecting the identity of our respondents by creating technological and human barriers.

Your reviews along with your colleagues, friends and industry help in creating & structuring uniform salary bands, industry wise. We also see it as a resource for creating better work conditions for employees.

We are neutral and independent.
We are the only organisation in India which has taken this initiative to create this platform for recording reviews anonymously. Till now companies were hiring research partners were hired to do salary surveys and the results were only available to a chosen few.Our effort is to make our findings accessible to users, real time.

If you feel that you would like to delete/modify your review, please write to us with reasons.

You can post reviews for your current employer once every six months and you can only post one review for each of your previous employers.

You can invite your friends to register, read and comment on your reviews.

Yes.

For Employers

We would like to have your reviews too, as a user to the site. We are in the beta version and are building in features wherein you can respond to the reviews posted. In the meantime if you feel strongly about a review posted on our site and wish to respond, please write to us. Our moderators will take it up.

Yes.  You can search for reviews about your organisation or any other organisation you wish to view. If you are searching for any specific reports, or wish to commission any report, you may please write to us. However please note that under no circumstance would any personal information about any reviewer will be shared.

No. The decision to publish/ delete reviews is a decision of our moderators. In case you wish to point an error and/or feel strongly about, we request you to please write to us Our moderators will look into your request.
