What I like about my work place

Takes care of basic hygiene factors - medical is good, HR conducts regular trainings for all employees. Good public image and CSR (though mostly Jamshedpur Centric)

Incestuous culture - especially in Jamshedpur, and in general as well - no one can see beyond the company's 4 walls, politics are dirty and bosses are micro-managers, as they have to substantiate their position and have nothing to do, other than run down underlings. The Unionized staff have a gala time, while officers do the donkey work.
