People who work in the company are amazing. Some very young but very intellectual. The company gives ample oppurtunity to go beyond your comfort zone & keep testing your limits. Can be very challenging but also very rewarding.
Too much ambiguity, not enough clarity & structure. Perennial sense of urgency for things due to which quality of work is compromised. Work life balance for most of us is not good.
